How we work
EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT
We treat everyone as an individual. We’re here to listen, whether it’s a chat on the phone, or meeting up online. Once you connect with us, we will see what is going on and come up with the best plan of action to help you over the coming months.
STEP 1
MAKE CONTACT
We know you’re taking a big step when you contact us and maybe worried about all kinds of things, including whether you can trust us or not. That's fine, we get it and to make things feel better you can contact us using an anonymous email address or you can send us a message via Facebook/WhatsApp or call us on 0800 999 1945.
Once we both agree, we are the right people to help you, we can then look at the best way to chat and take it from there, at your pace.
STEP 2
CONNECT
No matter where you live in the UK, you can talk to us. We offer free, non-judgmental support online, by email, text or via the phone, however, you feel most comfortable. We’ll have a confidential chat, get to know each other and find out what you need help with and if we are right for you, make a plan.
STEP 3
MOVE FORWARD
Once we’ve connected to you, and we have a clearer picture of how we can help, we’ll create a long-term plan offering you support, both emotionally and practically. This could include advice on how to find work, help to get your far right tattoos covered or assist to rebuild relationships with family and friends who may have created some distance between you because of your views.
