How we work
WE REALISE EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT
We treat everyone as an individual. We’re here to listen, whether it’s just for a chat on the phone, or meeting up in person, so we can come up with the best plan of action to help you over the coming months.
STEP 1
MAKE CONTACT
We’re aware you’re taking a big step and may be worried about all kinds of things, including whether you can trust us. It’s fine to contact us using an anonymous email address or you can send us a message via Facebook.
Once we both agree we’re the right people to help you, we can then set up a phone or video call.
STEP 2
MEET UP
No matter where you live in the UK, we'll meet where's best for you. We’ll have a confidential chat over a coffee, get to know each other and understand what you need help with, then make a plan from there.
STEP 3
MOVING FORWARD
Once we’ve met you, and have a clearer picture of how we can help, we’ll create a long-term plan offering you support, both emotionally and practically. This could include how to find work, a new home or help to rebuild relationships with family and friends.
